Tether app is up to date, device showing in list as "off line" but is online and operating.

also unable too add range extenders to app

Any ideas pls ??  TIA

Hi,

 

Please make sure that your phone is connected to the extender WIFI and then refresh the Tether APP.

You can also reboot the range extender.

 

If the issue persists, please also provide us the model number and the light status on the device.
