Starlink Gen3

Archer AXE75

3 Deco X75 tri band

2 Deco X95 tri band

Starlink broadband with Archer AXE75 connected in bypass mode, and home mesh network using 3 Deco X75 and 2 Deco X95 . The wi fi coverage is poor and dropping out ithough 4 decos are placed primarily over the ground floor and single deco in the first floor. The network over the deco app looks good with week signal over two decos where are placed in the south end of the house smart thermostat can not controlled remotely, security camera disconnect frequently, Sky Q and mini box stops due to losing internet connection.

The internet speed vary across the property hence security camera and sky Q. Box and mini box, constantly lose connection, these and other smart techs Smart Flower and Tesla Battery, Smart Alarm system are all connected by Ethernet cable with boosters to ensure undisturbed connectivity

The Pro installaer of the Starlink and the home mesh network is at loss where is the problem, the home mesh system with high performances should cover the property with seamless wifi through out the property and on average internet speed. In fact one room speed test recoded at 200Mbps, the room next to it or the hall register speed of 22Mbps in the same floor. What's is happening , why this dropping out of internet speed and Wi-Fi cover

Would another wireless router needed to cover the part of the house with poor signal and low Wi-Fi coverage?

Hi, thanks for posting question here.

May I confirm some information to know about your network situation better?

1. Who is your ISP? What is your exact network topology?

Do you mean Starlink Gen3 was set up bypass mode?

Did you set up Archer AXE75 as wireless router mode or AP mode?

Did you set up Deco network as wireless router mode or AP mode?

Which Deco is the main Deco and how the Decos are connected to each other?

How about the wireless settings? You may share screenshots directly.

Note: Archer AXE75 cannot join Deco mesh network, so Archer AXE75 and your Decos set up two networks actaully even if you create same wireless settings for them.

2. How about your house structure? What is the exact size and how many rooms on it?

How about the walls among different rooms?

If possible, it is really suggested to draw a picture to show where you placed each router/Deco in your house and what is the actual distance among different Decos, which will be more intuitive ro understand the layout of your network devices.

3. How about the client devices? How many clients do you have totally?

How many IoT/smart devices do you have?

And which Deco/router are they connected to?

Welcome to share mroe details~

Thanks for your cooperation!
