Hi, welcome to the community.

As far as I know, the power adapter is not sold individually.

May I know why you need an extra power adapter? Is there something wrong with the original one(the PSU is also covered in the warranty)?

Wait for your reply and best regards.

  @David-TP

I think that one of my PSUs for the BE65 I have is faulty as it keeps losing power.

However I have an EU one which seems to be fine. Unfortunately I am in the UK so would prefer to have a 3 Pronged one thats working.

:)

  @Filee

Hi, Thanks for the quick reply.

I will check with the engineer first to see what might be the recommended solution and will update the email soon.

By the way, I saw you mentioned "However I have an EU one which seems to be fine", Do you mean a third-party EU standard PSU(2 Pronged) could be used to power this Deco BE65 properly?

Wait for your reply and best regards.

  @David-TP

Not 3rd party,  Work lent me one of these to test yesterday and it seems to be fine. Its official TP Link :)

Its the same W / V / A combo as the other one, just with EU Prongs - I would only ever use Official for obvious reasons on quality etc.

Unfortunately work have no spare 3 Prong - UK ones. Hence why Ive reached out. (Please note I am enquiring about my personal setup at home - Im just lucky work had some of these on hand)

  @Filee Thanks for the update.

I saw the local technical support team has already helped request the part for RMA. The RMA office will help you get the correct UK 3-Prong PSU as soon as possible.

Thank you very much and best regards.
