Hi,

I have connected my Philips TV 70PUS6724/12 with a CAT6 Ethernet Cable to my Deco M9 Plus Router. On the TV it says it is connected to the router but not to the internet. In the Deco app nothing shows that the tv is connected. Then I connected the Ethernet wire directly to the internet port on the wall without connecting it via the router, then it works. So then I thought it was some problem on the LAN-port on the router so I connected a wire from the Router to my computer to see if the LAN-port was broken. But it worked, i got internet on my computer.

If a use the TV:s WiFi and connect it to the router it works but not when I use a wire. I tried to connect it with dynamic IP and then fixed IP but it didn't help.

I read in some forums that the TV:S clock should be changed to manual instead of automatic but that didn't change anything either.

Tried to set QoS application priority as standard and clear all the high priority rules in the app.

Tried to disable fast roaming in the Deco app.

Nothing Worked!

What can be the problem?

Hi, welcome to our community.

May I confirm some details to understand your situation better? Then we may provide possible suggestions according to your feedback.

1. Does the Deco work as router mode?

1. Is there only one Ethernet port on your TV? If not, did you ever check each port?

3.When your TV is connected to Deco port via the same Cat6 Ethernet cable, can the TV get IP address normally?

4. Is  the main Deco you want to connect the TV to? Is it possible to connect to another port on the Deco to confirm?
