Daisy chaining AV1000
Hi. My garage circuit is completely separate to the house and is 50 metres away from the house. I have AV1000 extenders with one attached to router in the house via ethernet and the other plugged into the garage circuit. The wifi delivered worked most of the time and my car charger, solars, inverter and battery all connected to it. I now want a more reliable connection so will the following work better?
I want to avoid drilling holes in the house walls to feed ethernet cable so I will put the AV1000 in an exterior socket in my porch so it connects to the router via wifi. This I have tested and it pickes up the wifi nice and strongly as it is about 2 feet from the router albeit on the other side of an exterior wall. I will then run 60 metres of CAT6 ethernet cable to the garage from the AV1000 in the veranda. I would then purchase another AV1000 to attach to the ethernet cable in the garage to give more stable wifi.
Do you think this will work?
