VR Headset infected device is quarantined
I have done a factory reset on VR Pico Headset.
I still get the warning that it is infected and quarantined.
Is the warning true or not?

I think the warning does have its own foundation. You might have Deco M5 for a while. Did you start receiving this warning after adding the VR headset?
Have you checked whether there is any new firmware upgrade for the VR Headset?

Thankk you for a quick reply. I've had the VR Headset for a year now and I noticed it was quarantined approximately 6 months ago. Unfortunately I have erased the history in the Deco app so I'm not able to check it up.
The firmware is up to date.
I have just mailed Pico VR about the same issue. If/ when the get back to me I'll let you know the answer.
