TL-WDR4300 does not find Externa Hard drive

I'm trying to set my router as a file server but when I attach the external drive (Hitachi Toro Mobile - 1TB, USB3.0, formated as NTFS) and refresh the File Serve page on the Web manager nothing is shown, looks like the router can't find the drive. Doesn't TL-WDR4300 support USB 3.0? I tryed rebooting but even after several reboots the samething happens.
