Share USB Hard Drive on Deco?
This may have been asked before, but can you connect a USB HD to a Deco M5 USB port to share files?

For your information, there is no USB port on the Deco M5 yet, so we cannot connect an USB HDD to it and share files.
Besides, the Deco M9 plus has an extra USB 2.0 port. While there is no software functions added for the USB 2.0 port yet. It's reserved for adding file sharing features in future firmware updates. The USB 2.0 can charge some mobile devices such as phones.
May it help and have a nice day.

@Kevin_Z is there any update on the USB functionality for the Deco M9 ?
Or is there any other mesh wifi product that supports USB port for USB HDD connection and file sharing on the home network?
Thanks!

Hi, current all the Deco products did not support USB sharing.
If possible, you could have a look at our OneMesh routers, such as Archer AX20, A7:

Thank you very much.

Will the Archer AX20, A7 work with the existing Deco M5 mesh network I have?
Just like adding another Deco unit?

No, the OneMesh routers could not be used to create the same mesh network with Deco;
Thank you very much.

@TP-Link Why doesn't this feature exist, when it's existed on similar networks/routers for more than a decade? Can this feature please be implemented?
