DHCP not working under wan or lan

Hello everybody, i'm having this issue with DHCP lately. i don't understand why, i use my router as bridge for my acces point with mikro tik, and every device i connect it doesn't take an automatic ip ... i have disable the DHCP on setup, but yet, looks like it's not working, when i put the manual ip it works, but automatic one doesn't :(
