DhCP not working on internet cable. WiFi OK

Have rebooted everything still no hard wire connection all indications are that the cable is connected and network test have it showing up intermittently but not connecting to internet. DHCP faults are flagged This setup has been running without fault for over a year suddenly has faulted nothing changed on the network.
