Windows Updates Mess with my Adapter

Model : TL-WDN4800
Hardware Version : V1
Firmware Version :
ISP : Virgin Media
When i log on to my pc in the morning i find myself having to complete system restores' to access my computer. Windows Updates mess with my Wireless network Adapter. If i start up my computer normally with no system restore its says in the bottom left no internet access. Anyway i can resolve this?
