Trouble with internet access via WDN3800

I have problems to access the Internet with this adapter.
i had this since the moment i bought this card. now i decided to set up a new windows (win7 64bit) and its fine until i installed the graphicdriver.
i have tried to set the IP and gateway settings manually. it connects to the router then, but i cant accsess the internet. Same with DHCP. i cant even ping the router
System configuration: Asrock 970 extreme4
AMD 965BE
Radeon HD7850
OS: Win7 64bit
up to now i have no Firewall or antivir or whatever could block the connection installed, so only these drivers are installed nothing else.
can anyone help me ?
