Poor Coverage of ADSL

Hardware Version : V5
Firmware Version : FwVer:3.20.17.0_TC3087 HwVer:T14.F7_11.2
ISP : BSNL
I bought this product from Flipkart in Jul 13.
Since the last 2-3 weeks, the range of the device has reduced drastically. Even when my device is kept in the NEXT room, even then the strength on my mobile is very poor and the connection keeps getting broken. This was not happening before!
Even my laptop shows poor coverage even in the NEXT ROOM!
To the extent that I have to get my mobile 2-3 feet away from the device to get full signal strength!!!
PLEASE HELP!!!
