WAN port not working

WAN port not working

Model : TL-WR941ND
Hardware Version : V3
Firmware Version :
ISP : ZID
When I connect the Broadband modem to the WAN port nothing happens.
No IP shows up. I already rebooted the Cable Modem. But still nothing.
Also did a reset of the router... doesn't seem to be detecting the modem?
