Hi everyone. Thought might need some help regarding a friend of mine's modem. His modem was working fine but 2 nights ago it couldn't connect to the Internet. Initially if he just
switched it on & tried to use his phone to connect, it failed to do so. So he tried with his laptop & again, it failed & the response was "No internet access". Later on when he opened Network Sharing Center and troubleshooted the problem, only then it is able to connect with both his laptop & smartphone. Thing is, when he switches off the laptop, the phone cannot connect to the Internet anymore. He said the issue might need the Internet service provider address...does that mean his modem doesn't have the ISP address or what? Need some of help here since he asked me this favor. :/
