Hello, I just purchased TL-WR941ND. I want to ask why my notebook always getting limited connectivity / limited access when connecting via wifi? My other devices like smartphones don't have any problems and work just fine.
in order to make my notebook able to use the internet via wifi, I have to reboot the router (turn off/on).
How to solve this? Thank you.

Yes I've installed the latest driver. The thing is, this problem doesn't appear on my old router. And when I changed it into this then all of my connected notebook will suddenly get limited connectivity.
Any suggestions?
Thank You.

Take care, by latest driver I mean the one coming from the the chip manufacturer, not the one coming from the card manufacturer.
What is this chip? (Atheros AR9xxxx, or other?)

Same issue
2014-02-27 12:09:38
Hello all. I have the same issue. I was able to open the router partway and the chip looked like an Atheros 1145(??). I also could not get to the Settings page using the IP 192.168.1.1. I thought about DD-WRT but I'd like to see if there are any other options before going this route.. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

What do you mean?
The solution I gave is only for client adapters not for routers....
