ISP : Sky


I want to replace my Sky SR101 hub with my Archer C7 AC1750. I have obtained my sky user name and password but every time I try and set up, I get the error message Failed to verify router settings 1. Please check WAN connection type and parameters. 2. Please check your network connectivity and retry.

I am connecting using PPPoE and inputting my user name and password. I have also tried Dynamic IP but get the same error message.

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

Ask ISP in this case. May be some problem with authorization in his network (MAC filtering).
