AP TL WA701ND installation problem

I have installed AP WA701ND as repeater as indicated by the notice with DHCP OFF. I have thomson ST 706 WL, with DHCP ON.
At this time, when the AP WA701ND restart after boot, the root router resrart continually, i cant have the control of both devices.
The problem is coming from my root router, because i have testing the AP WA701ND in the shop of buyer.
Can some one help me
