TL-WPA281: Power LED off; Powerline LED off; Ethernet LED off; Wifi/WPS LED flashes

TL-WPA281: Power LED off; Powerline LED off; Ethernet LED off; Wifi/WPS LED flashes

TL-WPA281 was working fine until I moved a TL-PA511 and updated its firmware (the 511, not the 281). Now, the 281 doesn't work and the LEDs are as follows: Power LED off; Powerline LED off; Ethernet LED off; Wifi/WPS LED flashes fast.
I've tried reset button, but nothing makes the Power LED come on.
It doesn't work on Wifi or Ethernet.
Anyone got any idea what causes this or an easy fix, or is it a return on warranty?
