My system comprises a TL-PA411 connected to my router and plugged into the wall socket. I have all the lights on on the PA411 unit. I have a TL-WPA281 plugged into the same wall socket and the powerline LED on the WPA281 remains to be off. I have read through the instruction manual. I have pressed the factory reset button on the WPA281 and it does not restore to factory settings. It was communicating at one point in time however for the past 2 days the poweline LED has not been illuminated and is not detected whenl scan using the management utility. I have tried to pair the 2 units.

I have exhausted my options. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
