Error: TP LINK as Repeater

Region : Argentina

Model : TL-WR1043ND

Hardware Version : V2

Firmware Version :

ISP :

I've read related posts at this forum and other forums, tried to follow some steps, but something is not working.

I have a TP LINK WR841N and I want to repeat the internet signal from another wireless router (Thomson).

I have done exactly what is shown below. What am I missing?

0) Installed the latest wrt firmware for my v7 hardware: wr841nv7_en_3_13_9_up(120201).bin
1) Disabled QSS
2) Changed Router IP Adress to IP 192.168.1.2
3) Wireless Settings:
SSID: Inserted random name
Region: Brazil
Channel: 6 (same from other router)
Enabled WDS
Survey -> Selected the wireless network to be repeated
Keytype: WPA2PSK (same as other router)
Password: Same as other router
4) Wireless -> Wireless security: Same keytype and password of other router
5) Disabled DHCP

After that, when I connect to the TP Link router (that should be repeating the internet signal from Thomson's router), it still doesn't have an internet connection. Something is missing.

I've tried to put the same SSID name but that didn't work either (it shows only one wireless network instead of two and also without an internet connection after connection to it).

What am I missing? In advance, thanks to anyone that may help me.

Best Regards,
André Gabriel.
