Hi,

I have recently purchased MR3220 after checking the compatibility list.

the details are:
model no : MR 3220
version :v2
Firmware no.:130423
usb dongle : ZTE AC 8710
service provider : Reliance Netconnect.

I am unable to connect to internet , it identified the device but unable to connect.
i have also tried to downgrade the firmware to 120524 , now it connects internet for 3 to 4 minutes and then disconnects the net.
also mailed the log to tp link support india. they are also not helping and saying that they have mailed the log to hq and they will revert when they got any reply.
already 5 days went but not getting any response from them
already tried the manual set up where user id and passward is my mdn no and also tried with id net and passward net with dail no #777,
here i am giving the log which i found with firmware 130423 .
please help ....
