TD-8840T ADSL Modem / Router SIP NAT problem

Dear all,
We configured a TP-Link TD-8840T as a ADSL modem router. This line is used for Internet access and VoIP, this site have VoIp phone terminal and the IPBX / TrunkSip was hosted by the ISP. This week, we detected a problem about VoIP phone terminal, they could not be register to the IPBX : the SIP REGISTER request was malformed by the TP Link modem. After have rebooted the modem, all VoIP phone terminal were able to registered correctly to the IPBX ! We found this TP Link FAQ => http://www.tp-link.com/en/article/?faqid=343. But using this MODEM release, the ip command was not found !
Did you have any experience about this problem ? Many thanks about your help.
