My Device M7350 Ver 8.0 is stuck in bootloop, I need help to revive the device.

I also tried to follow the following tutorial,

Boot Loop or Boot Failure on M7350 V3/V4/V5/V6.2/V7/V8: Stuck on TP-Link Logo (https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/659702)

but getting the following error.
