Maxis Mode VoIP not working.

Firmware Version : 3.13.32 Build 130612 Rel.83937n

I just brought WDR4300 last week for replacing my maxis provided Technicolor wifi router. I managed to set WDR4300 to Maxis Mode and the Internet is working. But my VoIP at maxis router is not working. I had follow the instruction to connect the Maxis provided router (WAN port) into my WDR4300 LAN4 port which have the VLAN tagging of 821. I also tried tag to other VLAN number like 822, 823, 400, 500 and 11 (which found on some forum). But still not working. Can anyone help?
