BE65 won’t connect to internet after reboot
Hello, just installed a BE65 network with 3 be65 devices. Every time I reboot the main unit won't reconnect to the internet.
The main unit is plugged directly into the swish Fibre ONT on the 10GE port.
i have found the workaround is to unplug the Ethernet cable front the be65 and plug into a different port, and then internet connection is restored.
using default ipv4 And had to change dns to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
and ideas how I can get it working without faffing about with cables.
thanks

Hi, Thanks for the feedback.
Can I have the current firmware version of the Deco BE65?
Can you consistently reproduce this issue?
"Every time I reboot the main unit won't reconnect to the internet. unplug the Ethernet cable front the be65 and plug into a different port, and then internet connection is restored. "
- If you haven't rebooted the Deco since the issue repeated, please refer to this link to help me save the system log:
PS: You can forward the system log to support.forum@tp-link.com (please add the forum ID#764450)
Wait for your reply and best regards.

Hi @David-TP
it didnt display on my phone, but ive got it now on the mac.
I've sent across to the email as requested.
Another question which may flag up in the logs - I have 2 older TV's which did connect to the wifi when I first installed it, but now don't connect to the internet. I think they are connected to the wifi, but can't see the internet. They don't appear in the App as connected.
Thanks for your help

Hi, Thanks for the update.
It is also recommended to install the latest 1.1.7 version here to see whether it helped:(It also works for Deco BE25_V2)
Enhancing Satellite Deco Network Stability with Deco BE11000/BE63_V2.6_1.1.7
By the way, usually, the system log is .txt format and the attached log(crdownload file) in the email seems different. Can you forward the original log file via email again?
And May I know your internet service provider? How about the current internet connection type, Dynamic IP or PPPoE?
Wait for your reply and best regards.

Hi,
ok I have sent the system log again, hopefully this is the correct format.
I have just updated firmware to 1.1.7 which was successful. When the system rebooted, again I had to move the internet to a different port on the deco and its working again now.
ISP is SWISH Fibre, dynamic IP.
Thanks for your help!

@Isay Thank you very much and it is the correct format.
As for the Swish Fiber 10g ONT, can I have its model number?
-On the ONT, is there another Ethernet port, like a 1G or 2.5G port? If yes, it is suggested to connect the main Deco BE65 to the 2.5G port first.
Please also refer to the email reply for more suggestions.
Thanks again and Best regards.
