I am able to connect via direct line into the system, i get ip assigned automatically.

but when i connect the broadband line to the router wan port, it always show WAN port Unplugged.


Please resolve this issue, asap.

When you connect broadband line to LAN port in TP-Link can you see LED lighting?

yes...i can see the light up and blinking when I connect the broadband line to the lan port 1 and lanport 2
