Cannot find TP-Link network

Cannot find TP-Link network

I just bought a USB adaptor and installed it today. After installation and run the TP-LINK Wireless Configuration Utility, I cannot see the TP-link network in the SSID. But I can see other wireless network. I have installed this into 2 different computers with Windows XP, Windows Vista. It is the same. I cannot install it successfully. Please help.
