Modem does not always update DynDNS IP

Hi all,
I have bought this modem/router (Annex B), but I am facing some problems. The modem sometimes updates the DynDNS IP, but sometimes does not.
So, I cannot access my servers from the internet.
In addition, some times I cannot access servers connected in the LAN ports. Usually a reboot (or 2-3 reboots) fix this issue. Is there a more permanent solution?
