Archer T4U Windows 8.1 Not picking up 5GHZ

ISP : TPG
I am having problems with the Archer T4U Wireless adaptor which I recently purchased, with the Archer D7 AC1750 Modem Router.
When I search for the wireless networks it only shows the 2.4 Ghz and not the 5Ghz. I am running windows 8.1 and have updated to the
latest driver from TP Link Website.
I know that the 5Ghz is being broadcast as I can connect to it with my cell phone.
