my modem suddenly turn off

recently all light of my modem went off on it own.
sometime, after few second, only power light and LAN light is on, after LAN light blinking few times and it went off again
after some minutes, when i turn off and turn on the modem again, it's only working for a hour then it happen again
is my modem broken?
