How to enable IPv6 with IPv4 together for all WAN connections?

Hello there
Currently I have a PPPoA WAN connection configured on my TD W8980 router. I found out that some IPv6 connections from my Android device are refused on the gateway because the WAN connection is not IPv6 enabled.
I asked my provider and they assured, IPv6 should be possible and that I have to look into the router configuration.
So, I found out that an IPv6 option is missing for my existing WAN connection. But I spotted that the other type PPPoE has an IPv6 option.
What should I do? Should I set up a second WAN connection based on PPPoE while leaving the other PPPoA one active?
Thanks for advice and consultation!
