Hi all,
I'm having troubles with my powerline since I need to interface my devices connected on the same wifi.

Example:
I have an iPhone and an iPad, they need to be on the same wifi network to work together but even if they are connected to the network generated by the powerline they are having issues.
The main problem is that the powerline generates odd DHCP (169.254.x.y), so I have to assign to my devices a static IP.

How can I fix it?
Thanks

You got a kit or just WPA4220?
You need kit and ensure that they are communicating. Otherwise, you have to pair them.
To login its web interface--http://192.168.1.1, you can change DHCP to static IP. IP: 192.168.1.122, Subnet: 255.255.255.0.

Lots of us on this board are having problems with exactly this problem. The 4220 assigns the wrong IP addresses via DHCP. The only workaround found so far is to assign static IPs. Hopefully TP-Link will fix the problem (or at least respond to the multiple threads dealing with the same issue).
