CAN IT USE MALE RJ45 INSTEAD OF Wi-Fi AS INPUT

I want to use male RJ45 carying internet feed to plug into my TL-WA730RE
and have it use that to generate Wi-Fi in a room.
CAN IT DO THAT? as I can't seem to make it work?
