Region : UnitedKingdom

Model : TL-WR710N

Hardware Version : V1

Firmware Version :

ISP : Virginmedia

The link to tplinklogin.net does not take me to the setup dialog, but goes to a Domain Sitting page.

How can I get to the setup dialog?

When it is connected to my Virginmedia router, I can ping the 710 and get a response, but how do I get to the Setup dialog?

Thanks.

Are you trying to use it as a wireless router?

If the domain won't work, try http://192.168.0.254.

Thanks for those suggestions, but I had tried those myself, with no success.

I wanted to set up the "Client" mode to use a remote NAS storage for backup via wireless.

I have now succeeded in getting to the setup dialogues, this is how I got there:

First I disabled my Laptop's wireless connection to my regular modem/router and disconnected the ethernet cable connection between the Laptop and the 710.
Next I plugged in the 710 to the mains supply and then set up the Laptop wireless connection to the 710's wireless SSID.
Then, using a browser and the 192.168.0.254 address, I was able to get to Setup and to configure the 710 to Client Mode according to the instructions provided.

I can also confirm that Client mode does work with NAS Storage.

Thanks again for your reply.
