Your MR3420 is running in latest firmware?
When the 3G signal drops or becomes 2G, the modem cannot be identified?

If I am there, I disconnect and reconnect the modem and everything works again.

Still don't quite understand what you mean.
Modem is off line (SIM card is not powered).
How about status of LED on the modem itself?

When the 3G signal drops or becomes 2G, if the modem is plugged into your PC to access internet, is it working properly all the time? Give a try.

Thank you, Mavis, next time I will go there, I will check it. At the moment, I suspect that it may be a problem related to the internet provider, that gives private IP only.

MA260, with MR3420 V1, on a videosurveillance system, disconnects random after one week or one month (led off). I have to power off the router and power on again, to have it working. What can I do? Thanks

I have got excacly the same problem.. But it happens within a couple of hours. The LED on the stick simply goes off. In the status on the router it shows identifying .. Does not come back until reboot.
IMHO: Completly unusable,
I will now try a older firmware version.. If the Problem still exists I will have to try to get my money back..
Can someone recommend a stable solution?
best regards,
Stefan
