TD-W8960N Parental Controls, adding URL

Hardware Version : V3
Firmware Version : 1.1.1 Build 141107 Rel.34856

Just been trying to add URLS to be blocked
Steps followed
Parental controls- URL FILTER
Pressed add
Left ip range blank
left port number blank
Added 10 Sites
then started getting this error:
Edit url filter: port number = 80 failed
I can change and remove entries but I can't have more than 10, it's supposed to be MAX 200
And of course I can't add another list because it'll will say:
" Add url filter failed: lan ip range and port number conflict with the other"
Fustrating, i just bought this because of the parental controls software
