Hi folks

I'm a newbie to the forum even though I have used the above modem for quite a time.
I was wondering about two things with regard to my TD-W8960N. First do I need to
upgrade to v5 and can I upgrade to v5? The reason I ask is because I've tried to
upgrade and at the end of the various steps when I run the bin file I am faced with the
following error message: Image uploading failed. The selected file contains an illegal image.
Does anyone have an answer please or have I been doing something wrong?
