Firmwarw bug TD-W8968_V3_140821

Am facing these problems with the new firmware.
*Modem needs to reconfigure to get PPoE connection again when PPPoE and 3G fails. It wont retry PPoE connection when 3G also fails.
(3G is set as backup for ADSL connection, but Data card is not plugged in)
*Modem needs to restart to connect PPoE after PPoE autentication failure. (It wont retry automatically)
*When I try to reset factory firmware, (turning on modem holding reset button )
When I try to upload firmware, it shows bad image.
