Can you explain in more details? I'm not sure which feature you refer to.

If you want to broadcast all the packets in your network to a special lan port , its not possible because its a switch and not a hub , or you should have a manageable Cisco switch

but if you want to separate your lan ports and make VLAN, then you can have VLAN 1 as main vlan which can see and communicate with other vlans , and further more other vlans can not see each other and vlan1
