Region : Singapore

Model : TL-WN8200N

Hardware Version : Not Clear

Firmware Version :

ISP :

When I first start-up my system (or when I switch users) the TL-WN8200ND will not be able to connect to any wireless network and I keep hearing it make the device connected sound. I have to eject the TL-WN8200ND, unplug the TL-WN8200ND, wait a while and then plug it back in. Once done, the TL-WN8200ND will automatically connect to my wireless network and I can get access to wireless network again.

I'm using Win7.

Try chipmaker's driver here, the RTL8192CU one.

Thanks, I tried that but issue remains

The driver version now says:
1021.3.0912.2012

The adaptor doesn't connect to the network even though it can see all the networks around. I still have to eject the adaptor, unplug it and plug it back in before it will successfully connect to the networks.

One of the meaningful error messages I got is "Windows couldn't automatically bind the IP protocol stack to the network adapter.".
