Hi,

We have had a problem with the internet since we got our new modem router. When only one computer is connected is usually works fine but when two computers are connected the internet doesn't work or is very poor. At the same time the connection says that there is "Internet access". It might work for a few minutes and then crash for several minutes, normally I have to try opening a web page several times.

I have checked the settings, updated the driver and asked my ISP for advice but they can't find any problem on their side. When resetting the router the internet works fine for a few minutes and checking the wireless diagnostics it is fine, when it crashes I see that:

Ping default gateway:	FAIL	Help
Ping primary Domain Name Server:	FAIL	Help

Does anyone know how to fix this problem? It is driving me crazy.
