Tp-link wireless config utility not working (greyed out)

my utility for TL-WN722N not working, everything is greyed out. I think its because my WLAN autoconfig service is stopped. But I cant start it, because when I try to do so, i get error 193 :0xc1. (but paths to executable are correct in services and also in register) can somebody help me here?
I have Windows 7 ultimate
