irql_not_less_or_equal problem when install USB adapter

I just got a new tp link USB adapter because my old one was being disconnected constantly and every time I insert the installation disc it restarts the pc and comes up with the blue screen irql_not_less_or_equal and it just restarts and it doesn't fix it and it does it again and the same things , please can u give me some help with this , I am using a gaming pc with a AMD Graphics card with a gigabyte ultra durable motherboard , please can u help me .
