Hello, I cannot fax trough TD-W8980 modem/router. I am using Grandstream HT502 phone adapter. When I used my old modem/router 2WIRE 2701HG-G it worked ! I also went to my internet & phone service provider CIKtel headquarter in Toronto to test my equipment, my phone adapter (GrandStream) and my fax. It all worked well (unfortunately, I did not bring my TD-W8980 with me). Technician also confirmed, that TP-Link TD-W8980 is known to have this issue and needs some extra settings, he suggested to adjust some settings, but I am not that much familiar with e.g port forwarding and other "expert" settings. I would appreciate any suggestion / help on how to enable faxing. Cheers Marty
