Problems with TD-W8961ND

My modem is having some problems:
1 - Not connecting to the internet.
2 - I can't acess the admin page (192.168.1.1)
3 - The manually reset isn't work
4 - "ADSL" and "Internet" LEDs keep always light on even when the phone line isn't connected.
