Problems connecting in Spain

Hi, my 7350 worked perfectly in the UK but I've arrived in Spain & it won't connect. Data roaming is switched on & it says it's connected to Movistar the local network but when I try to connect my phone it says there's no internet connection. Three is supposed to work for free in Spain but I don't know if it's the sim or the device. Is there anyone that can help? Many thanks Nikki
