M7350 Nö Service in spain

I'am in spain and my M7350 don't connect to the german Provider. In Germany it was alright. Here i habe no computer only the Mifi app. Maybe it is aproblem with the Alm. I use for Vodafone Event.vodafone.de but I can't do. and Sets in Dial over the App.
