I was able to resolve the inability to reset problem

My TL-WA850RE was working fine for 4 months and then it stopped (it couldn't be found in "Wireless Networks"). The Power light was solid and the Wireless light was solid. I couldn't find any explanation for what was going on.
I pressed the reset button and nothing happened.
I unplugged the TL-WA850RE and plugged it back on. The Power light came on and then the Wireless light came on and I tried the reset button again and it didn't work.

I was able to reset my TL-WA850RE to factory settings and get it going again.
