Hi

Setting up on new PC (Intel i7, Win 7 Pro 64) I repeatedly attempted to back up the configuration after modifying the settings (admin PW, network settings, WPA2 key. etc.).

The config.bin files were all 1842 bytes long with identical MD5 hashes. Every attempt to check them by loading into the device gives an "invalid file format error".

The device is ~18 months old but was little used on my laptop. Battery is fully charged and device is functioning well other than this problem.

Any advice gratefully received.

Kind regards

Ann

You can back it up successfully but cannot upload it after upgrade the latest firmware?
Maybe you just reconfigure it directly if the configuration is lost because of firmware upgrade...
